Accommodation Huize Nolby
Huize Nolby is an authentic house from 1929 that was lovingly renovated in 2022. It combines the charm of the past with the comfort of today and is an ideal place for four to six guests who want to enjoy peace, space and a warm homely atmosphere.
Ground floor
The living room is a wonderful place to relax together. The comfortable seating area invites cosy evenings and with fast internet and wifi you can stay easily connected. The television allows you to connect your laptop so you can watch your own favourite programmes.
The spacious kitchen diner forms the heart of the house. Here you can cook together enjoy meals and take in the lovely view of the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers among other things:

• Cosy seating corner
• Coffee machine
• Kettle
• Combination microwave
• Fridge
• Hob
• Oven
• Dishwasher
• Tableware and kitchen utensils for six people
The typical Swedish bathroom is fresh and bright and includes:
• Toilet
• Washbasin
• Luxury shower cabin
There is also a cosy sitting room with a sofa bed measuring 140 by 200 with mattress perfect for extra guests or a quiet reading moment.
A peaceful workspace with a desk is also available.
In the utility room you will find a washing machine which you may use freely during your stay. There is also a separate room with cleaning supplies a vacuum cleaner and a safe. The spacious hallway with its spiral staircase leads you to the upper floor.
Upper floor
Upstairs you will find a charming bedroom with a comfortable double bed measuring 180 by 200 and a beautiful view over the northern part of the valley.
Attached to this room is a delightful Swedish style library where you can browse and unwind.
The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds measuring 90 by 200. On the landing there is a cosy seating area and the small shop corner Treasures of Nolby filled with lovely finds.
All beds have synthetic duvets suitable for the season and comfortable pillows for a restful night.
Garden
The garden at Huize Nolby is a place to completely unwind. There is a large lawn fruit bushes and apple cherry and plum trees that bloom beautifully in season. The native flower meadow attracts butterflies and bees giving the garden a lively natural atmosphere. With comfortable outdoor furniture for six people you can fully enjoy the scenic view over the lovely valley.
What to remember to bring
For a carefree stay it is useful to bring the following:
• Fitted sheets in the sizes 90 by 200, 140 by 200 for the sofa bed and 180 by 200 for the main bed (all sizes also available for hire)
• Duvet covers in the size 150 by 200 (also available for hire and made up on arrival if desired)
• Bath and hand towels (also available for hire)
• Tea kitchen and dish towels (also available for hire)
• Washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets
• Rubbish bags
Extras are available for hire. Please mention this when booking so everything is ready for you on arrival.
Pets
Pets are unfortunately not allowed so the accommodation stays clean and allergy friendly for all guests.
Smoking
Smoking is only permitted outside. Please use the provided ashtray.
Parking
There is ample parking space for two to three cars.
